Rival factions of the Sinaloa drug cartel are growing increasingly dangerous as they wage war on each other right on our wide-open southern border. The cartels are becoming increasingly wealthy thanks to the trafficking opportunities that the Biden-Harris regime has provided them. This allows them to buy even more dangerous arms. Border Patrol agents just stumbled upon a cache of weapons near the Arizona border that included rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) and improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

The Border Patrol has been warned about a “drastic escalation” between the rival cartel factions as they fight for control of ourborder. Agents discovered a weapons cache at a scout location just south of Ajo, Arizona, in the Tucson sector. They recovered four RPGs, eight IEDs, and a ton of ammunition.

Fighting has already spilled over the border into the US this year. Whichever side ends up losing in a gun battle reportedly flees across the border into Arizona, carrying machine guns and explosives with them. It’s only a matter of time at this point before the violence starts spilling over into American communities unless we regain operational control of the southern border.

Violence between the two factions broke out in July when Joaquín Guzmán López and Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada were arrested by authorities. Cartel soldiers of the two factions are now vying for control of the Sinaloa cartel.

Mexico’s president has blamed the United States for the uptick in violence. The Biden-Harris regime denies this, but they’re obviously wrong. If they had maintained control of the southern border simply by keeping President Donald Trump’s policies in place, none of this would be happening—and the cartels would be a lot financially poorer.
