Hunter Biden is set to go on trial for federal tax fraud on September 5th. In a surprise move, the judge has granted full immunity from prosecution to a member of the Biden family to testify against him. Hallie Biden had invoked her Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination to avoid testifying previously. Now that she has immunity, it looks like Hunter could be in real trouble.

Joe Biden’s only surviving son is charged with dodging $1.4 million in taxes between 2016 and 2019 and for filing fake tax returns. Instead of paying his taxes, Hunter allegedly blew all the money on drugs, hookers, fancy sports cars, and other lavish gifts for himself.

That actually does sound like more fun than paying taxes. Unfortunately, we can’t all have the Biden surname.

While Hunter’s calendar was completely filled with hookers and crack, he was also carrying on a side relationship with Hallie, the widow of his deceased brother Beau. It’s all part of the regular Biden family dynamics, which Barack Obama once described as “some weird sh*t.” Coming from Obama, that’s really saying something!

For those who don’t remember, Hallie was the girlfriend who threw Hunter Biden’s loaded gun away in a trash can next to a school. Apparently, you can do anything when your last name is Biden.

Hallie now has full immunity from prosecution for anything related to the Hunter Biden tax case, except for committing perjury on the stand. The judge has ordered her to testify because she’s now immune.

It looks like Hunter’s goose is cooked again after he was found guilty of federal gun charges earlier this summer. Not that he’ll ever see the inside of a prison cell. The only thing we should wonder about is when the White House will forge Joe Biden’s signature on the pardon. We’re guessing it will be the day after the election.
