President Donald Trump is filing a $100 million lawsuit against the Biden Department of Justice over the illegal and unconstitutional raid of Mar a Lago in 2022. Last month, US District Judge Aileen Cannon ruled that special prosecutor Jack Smith’s appointment was illegal and dismissed the fake classified documents case against Trump. Since Smith’s appointment was illegal, everything that his team did was therefore illegal and invalid, including the unprecedented raid on a former president’s home.
No former president has ever been treated as badly by a subsequent administration. The entire Mar a Lago raid was the destruction of norms and traditions that our political parties have honored for centuries. That’s how dishonorable Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are.
The Mar a Lago raid was a disgusting farce and a miscarriage of justice. The Trump family watched on Mar a Lago’s security system as FBI agents pored through Melania’s underwear while pretending to look for “classified documents.” Melania reportedly felt so violated by the actions of the FBI perverts that she burned her entire wardrobe. Creeps.
Trump’s lawyers argue that the DOJ and FBI’s outlandish actions were done with “clear intent to engage in political persecution.” Trump was unlawfully charged in Florida with 42 counts of willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy, and concealment.
Every president has taken classified documents with them when they left office. George W. Bush took 9/11 files home when he left office. Barack Obama reportedly still has 1.8 million pages of documents that the National Archives has never asked him to return. But it’s only Donald Trump who gets charged with a “crime” for taking home a few pages of documents for historical purposes.
Trump deserves a lot more than $100 million for what Joe Biden did to his family.
