Dems Are Sanitizing Kamala Harris’ Wikipedia Page Ahead of Potential VP Nomination

Joe Biden has yet to choose a running mate but we have a rough idea of his shortlist. Kamala Harris is definitely at the top of it. Amy Klobuchar made that abundantly clear when she decided to “step aside” to make room for a minority candidate. Setting aside the fact that she was never going to be chosen, all of the signs at the moment seem to point to Kamala.

We have been following the bread crumbs for a bit now and things seem to finally be happening. Her Wikipedia page is currently being scrubbed of all information that could potentially make her or Joe Biden look bad. Some of the items that have been removed are pretty damning. There was information about a past campaign finance scandal that is now gone with the wind.

Harris also has a lengthy track record when it comes to hard line prosecution. Biden clearly knows that he is going to have to deal with the “Kamala is a cop!” crowd and her selection would probably not please all of the leftists. That’s why they are doing everything in their power to make sure that the information does not get out.

Wikipedia Editors Sanitize the Page of Potential Biden VP Kamala Harris

An article in the Intercept last week reported that a Wikipedia editor was scrubbing the page of former Democratic Presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), considered a prominent member of the shortlist to be Joe Biden’s Vice Presidental pick. The piece mentioned changes such as removing a past campaign finance scandal and Harris’ record as a hard-line prosecutor.

Changes not mentioned include removals of the alleged role nepotism played in her early political career and significant favorable additions about Harris.

Other Wikipedia editors have begun working to undo the changes made to the Harris page, although many details remain missing. On Twitter, the Wikipedia editor responsible for most removals was identified as Bao Nguyen, a former volunteer organizer for the Harris campaign.

Similarly, editors previously created pages for fellow Presidential candidates Pete Buttigieg and Andrew Yang without disclosing their connections to them.

The Intercept article by Aida Chavez notes that in 2016, editors had been heavily involved in contributing to the article on Tim Kaine prior to him being announced as Hillary Clinton’s Vice Presidential pick.

What’s next? Are they going to start suppressing Google search engine results, too? Kamala’s history is well known to anyone who has been paying attention for the past few years. If these past issues were enough to keep her from gaining any real traction in the presidential race, what makes her or Biden think that people are going to forget anytime soon?

To make matters worse, they are even editing the page to make her appear to be a more favorable candidate. Leftists should be furious. The powers that be clearly don’t think all that much of them from an intelligence standpoint. A lot has happened in the past few months but not enough to make people forget all of Kamala Harris’ failings as a candidate.

Wikipedia can be edited by anyone, so people are currently working to undo all of the changes that were already made. Unfortunately, there is still a sizable amount of missing information. Bao Nyugen was identified as the man who is responsible for the edits and of course, he’s closely connected to the Harris campaign. He was a volunteer organizer during her presidential bid.

The changes were noted in an article from The Intercept. If we had to guess, we would presume that she is going to be chosen by Biden when it comes time to decide on a running mate. Biden and his cronies may believe that people are going to forget Harris’ past record but that is not going to happen. This is the wrong cultural moment to be choosing a candidate who has a lengthy history of prosecuting minority defendants for non violent charges.

At this point, we would be willing to guess that we are just a few weeks away from the Kamala Harris rehabilitation tour. Biden will also have a lot of explaining to do when it comes to his track record, so we guess that these two have that in common. She can try to explain away her prosecution of various non violent offenders and Biden can try to explain why he voted in favor of segregation.

It’s only going to be a matter of time before Biden tells people that they aren’t black for voting Republican. He already got away with the first comment without getting very much backlash. It seems as if a lot of people were more than willing to go along with him. The orange man is bad, so it’s okay if the white man starts questioning everyone else’s blackness.

That’s what the mainstream media is telling us. While Harris does not have the vice presidential slot in the bag just yet, edits like these suggest that people are preparing themselves accordingly. All aboard the disinformation train, everyone!
